Application of the concept of traceability in determining the mechanical properties of metals under static tension on the example of GSO 11854–2021

The article is devoted to the special aspects of application a certified reference material as basis for comparison one main tools ensuring traceability and accuracy control measurement results mechanical properties. In course research, an analysis approach theoretical principles based on GOST 34100.3–2017 / ISO/IEC Guide 98–3:2008 R ISO 21748–2021 calculation algorithms evaluating uncertainty was carried out. methodology properties steel grade 20 GSO 11854–2021 static tensile test considered. It established that ensure result leads need account systematic component laboratory when calculating results, either correction or contribution standard total uncertainty. Two accounting options were proposed. practical significance research possibility applying model-based IEC (Equation 1) according clause 7.6 ISO/IEC17025–2019 by accredited laboratories.
